Refund and Return Policy

All items purchased through Pentax2U.com are non-refundable.

We accept return only for defective replacement or warranty claim.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, buyer is responsible for the return shipping amount.

Please contact us at support@pentax2u.com expressing your intention to return the product(s). The return request must be accepted by Pentax To U Dot Com before any physical shipment return is attempted.

Pentax To U Dot Com will issue a Return Material Authorization number for your traceability and the necessary shipment information for you to return your item. 

Buyers are advised to use insured courier shipping solution since buyers take the full responsibility of the product damage/lost during the return shipping.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in.

Pentax To U Dot Com reserves the right to accept and reject the return of a product.

Warranty Policy

All our products at Pentax2U.com are covered with either Original Manufacturer Warranty or our store’s warranty.

Original Manufacturer Warranty product means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer/ official local distributor. In case of a warranty claim (repair/ replacement), buyer can choose to send the product directly to manufacturer or to Pentax To U Dot Com, at buyer's discretion. For ease of claim, we encourage you to ship directly to the manufacturer/ official local distributor.

Our store’s warranty product is typically meant for items we imported from overseas. Unless otherwise mentioned in the product listing, you will enjoy 7 days warranty coverage upon item received by the buyer.

Kindly contact us at support@pentax2u.com should there be a need to claim the warranty.


Shipping Policy

Pentax To U Dot Com uses POS Malaysia Registered mail, Poslaju, Nationwide, Skynet or Citylink to ship our products to our customers.

We will use courier service whenever possible but may choose to use Pos Malaysia Registered Parcel for lighter or lower cost products.

We will ship out the product in two to three business days if the product is in stock.

We will inform you the shipment tracking id/ Postal registration number.

For courier service, it will typically take 1-2 business working day for it to reach you. For special order products, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.

You can track your shipment at our Shipment Tracker page. Please contact us at support@pentax2u.com if you did not receive your parcel after 1 business week so that we can assist you.

Once buyer's item has been received, kindly check if the item is in good condition. Buyer has two days to report to us any abnormality otherwise, we would assume the shipment is received and in good condition and will no longer hold liable for any shipment-relation problem/claim.

We do ship internationally. If your country is not listed here (you will not be able to complete the order if your country is not in our database), kindly contact us at sales@pentax2u.com for arrangement. We use POS Malaysia Air Parcel with shipment tracking id for all international shipments. Buyer is responsible for any Custom Clearance or Tax at buyer's side. Buyer is accountable to request us to purchase insurance coverage for the shipment. Please advise us should you wish to purchase insurance so that we can support you seperately.

 

Payment through Paypal

We do Disable our Paypal facility from time to time for better security risk management. If you do not see paypal option in the payment screen, kindly contact us so that we can support you.


To prevent credit card fraud, orders with Paypal payment of below status will not be accepted. We will reject the order/ payment.

- Unregistered or unverified Paypal account.

- Paypal ship-to address different from order's ship-to address

- There is no landline or fixed line telephone number in the order on top of handphone number

- Payment through Paypal but requested self-collection of the goods.

- The billing country and the IP country do not match

- Any details that lead us to believe there is a fraud risk in the order/payment

 

At times, we may enable the feature to allow us Manually Approve/ Accept your paypal payment. This means your paypal payment will be validated by us prior to acceptance. We may request more information from you to support the acceptance or reject your paypal payment if necessary.
